Installing Vrot

Download the installer
Save the Vrot installer to your computer. Windows may ask you to confirm the download.

Run the installer
Open the file and follow the prompts. Vrot installs for the current user and does not require administrator rights.

Sign in to Vrot
Create your Vrot account or sign in inside the application. Accounts are managed in the app, not on this website.

Connect your tools
Connect only the business applications your workers need. Each connection uses that application’s own sign-in.

Create your first worker
Describe the work in plain English, review what Vrot plans to do, and approve it.

You sign in inside the app
Create your Vrot account or sign in from the application itself. There is no login on this website.

You connect only what is needed
Add the business applications your workers actually use. Each connection goes through that application’s own sign-in.

You describe the work
Explain the job in plain English. Vrot shows you what it plans to do before anything happens.

You choose what needs approval
Decide which steps run on their own and which wait for you. You can change that for any worker at any time.
Accounts, integrations and billing are all handled in the Vrot application. This website does not sign you in, connect anything or take payment.

Common questions
Is there a Mac version?
Vrot is a Windows application today. It runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11. We have no Mac release or date to announce.
Does Vrot need admin rights?
No. Vrot installs for the current user. If your workplace restricts what you can install, check with whoever manages your computers first.
How do updates work?
The application handles its own updates, so you do not need to return to this page to stay on the current version.
